It was a great evening to Celebrate both teams, thank the sponsors families and fans for their support as well as to hand out some hardware. The success of a season is not remembered by the wins and losses but by the memories made. Thank You all for the Great Memories. Enjoy the rest of your summer.
CONGRATULAIONS!!! Medicine Hat Junior “AAA” All Star Team
On behalf of the Moose Monarchs & Knights American Legion Baseball program I express congratulations to the Medicine Hat Junior LL All-stars, Medicine Hat Little League Assoc and District 4 LL on winning the Canadian championship in Lethbridge, AB
The Medicine Hat Little League program and players have been trying to advance to the World Series at various levels for a lot of years and have not quite been able to get that last needed win on occasions when they have been close.
This year’s team played well to achieve this goal and advance to the Junior Little League World series in Taylor Michigan.
Also noticeable was team discipline shown by players and coaches when in tight situations and challenged.
This was especially important in the must win game over Quebec where staying close enough during the earlier part of the game allowed a late rally to secure a win.
Enjoy the World Series, in Taylor Michigan, you will form memories that will last forever.
Best of Luck
President Medicine Hat American Legion Baseball

“Stromsmoe Strikes Gold at 2015 PanAm Games”
During the celebration of a dramatic 10th inning walk off gold medal victory Skyler Strmosmoe found himself in the middle of things, just as he did all tournament long. The former MH Knight (2000) and Moose Monarch (2001-2003) was a spark plug playing every inning of the tournament at second base. His defensive play was flawless and even spectacular at times. Skyler was also a catalyst on offence chipping in with timely hits (including 2 doubles and a homerun) and scoring big runs, none bigger than the tying run in the bottom of the 10th inning of the Gold medal victory.
Congratulations Skyler and Team Canada on a job well done!!!
